Wise Buddah Talent are looking for an experienced Agent to joins it’s
artist management team. It is fundamental that the successful candidate
has at least 2 years’ experience as an Agent working in the
entertainment industry.

This role requires the skills, knowledge and enthusiasm to play a key role in our Talent Department, working across TV, radio and corporate activity whilst actively promoting artists from the Wise Buddah roster, pro-actively seeking opportunities on their behalf, and constantly looking to evolve your contact base.

- Proactively seek opportunities within the TV, radio and corporate industries.
- Work and sell the artists within the direction governed by departmental artist strategies.
- Work with the Senior Talent Manager on clear directives around the sales of artists within your designated clients, agreeing aims, objectives and goals within agreed periods of time.
- Field enquiries on behalf of Artists, using your knowledge and skills to convert opportunities where possible, but crucially, understand where appropriate to discuss key decisions with the Senior Talent Manager.
- Attend industry events and conferences as directed and agreed.
- Support artists at events and jobs where required.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand contact base.
- Have regular, structured face time with core artists.
- Generally maintain good relations with all artists on the roster.
- Implement sales strategies, both in person and over the phone as well as via email.
- Keep diaries up to date with pencilled and confirmed jobs, and manage logistics for confirmed jobs.
- Point of contact for both artists and clients around job bookings.
- Play a key part in team meetings, reporting findings from both artist and industry meetings.
- Research and develop ideas in collaboration with artists and team members.
- Be aware of Wise Buddah Content commissioning opportunities and collaborations with the roster.
- Input as a key team member to the on-going review and development of our artist strategies.
- Stay across industry news and press.
- Work to stay across industry presenting trends and fashions, actively seek and research emerging Talent and make recommendations to the Team and the Senior Talent Manager.
- Organise appropriate admin and documentation as needed.
- Complete Talent Booker data entry in a timely and organised manner.
- Make sure artist show reels and biographies remain up to date and relevant to the sectors you are selling within.
